The State Officials and Employees Ethics Act, enacted in 2003 by the General Assembly of the state of Illinois, requires each officer and employee of all state agencies and universities to complete an annual ethics training program beginning in 2004. Ethics training alternatives will be announced and posted throughout the year.
Annual on-line ethics training is mandatory for all permanent SIU faculty and staff, student employees (SIUC and SOM only) and graduate assistants (SIUC and SOM only).
